Refund Policy

Plan fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable, except where refusing a refund would breach a law that applies to you. Cancelling does not produce a refund for the remainder of a period you have already paid for.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full access until then, and we do not charge you again.

We do not end a subscription part-way through a paid period, because doing so would take away access you have already paid for and give you nothing back.

We do not credit or refund partial months. An upgrade takes effect immediately. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period, so you are never billed for a plan you are not on.

• We charged you in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after a cancellation had taken effect, or an amount that does not match the plan you were on. Tell us and we refund it in full. This is a correction of our mistake, not a discretionary refund, and there is no time limit on it.
• We end your account without cause — we refund the unused remainder of the current period, pro rata.
• The law where you are requires it.

Periods in which the service was available to you but you chose not to use it. Fees already paid when you cancel part-way through a period. Amounts disputed more than 12 months after the charge, unless the law says otherwise.

Where your payment was taken by a processor acting as merchant of record, that processor is the seller for the transaction and may also refund it directly under its own policy. Whichever of the two policies gives you more, applies. Your receipt names the processor that handled your payment.

The Free plan is not charged, so nothing here applies to it. An account whose subscription ends returns to the Free plan and keeps its data, subject to that plan's limits.
